The Moloka\u02bbi T\u016bt\u016b and Me Traveling Preschool (Kaunakakai Site and Kualapu\u02bbu Site) had an opportunity to tour the H\u014dk\u016ble\u2019a while it docked at the Kaunakakai Harbor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After returning home from their Worldwide Voyage, H\u014dk\u016ble\u02bba has been visiting ports around the Hawaiian islands. The purpose of their tour is to show their appreciation for the support they have been given throughout their voyage and to share with the communities the lessons they have learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keiki and caregivers were welcomed with lots of aloha from Aunty Penny and Aunty Donna. Uncle Ghandarva taught the families about the different winds using a giant colorful compass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, all were able to step aboard the H\u014dk\u016ble\u02bba and was greeted by \u201cCaptain\u201d Uncle Lohiao. He shared about H\u014dk\u016ble\u02bba and life on the H\u014dk\u016ble\u02bba while sailing around the world. Keiki got to hold the main paddle and test out the beds. Many of the families were happy and thankful for the opportunity to step foot on the H\u014dk\u016ble\u02bba.
