And yet parents tend to put themselves last on the list.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open for all caregivers whose keiki are enrolled in our T\u016bt\u016b and Me traveling preschool<\/li>\n<li>Caregivers located in O\u02bbahu, Kaua\u02bbi, and Waimea and Honoka\u02bba of Hawai\u02bbi Island<\/li>\n<li>Deadline to register is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Friday, January 15, 2021<\/strong><\/span>. Classes will begin Friday, February 5, 2021.<\/li>\n<li>Register online at <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/TTMSpring21\">bit.ly\/TTMSpring21<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you register for T\u016bt\u016b and Me Parent Hui, you will be part of:<br \/>\n(8) 75-minute virtual meet ups with 15 minutes after for open &#8220;talk story&#8221; time.<br \/>\nMeet ups are every other week on Friday mornings or Wednesday mornings\/ afternoons.<\/p>\n<p>Each meet up will give you the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reset and take a moment to focus on you.<\/li>\n<li>Learn practical tips that make parenting a little easier.<\/li>\n<li>Talk stories and connect with other adults raising little ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our Goals for You<br \/>\nAt the end of the 8 meet ups, you will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha\u2019eheo (pride) over the responsibility of being a caregiver.<\/li>\n<li>Greater understanding on the importance of caregiver wellness.<\/li>\n<li>Broader scope on how keiki\u2019s brain, emotional and social interactions develop from 0-5 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Effective caregiver practices that feel pono (right) for your \u2018ohana.<\/li>\n<li>Deeper connection and understanding of your keiki.<\/li>\n<li>Pilialoha (friendship) with other caregivers just like
